Ah, the hits keep coming. Yesterday, the President's master political strategist and pollster was put in charge of all White House policy development and coordination of the Domestic Policy Council, the National Economic Council, the National Security Council and the Homeland Security Council. Karl Rove is no longer the President's chief political hack: Bush has promoted Turdblossom to Deputy Chief of Staff. What Karl did for steel tariffs and farm subsidies that led to WTO threats, tax cuts that destroyed the surplus, and the disenfranchisement of black voters, he can now do for all domestic and foreign policy.
