OK, how fucked up is this? The day before the President's State of the Union Address, which just happens to fall three days after the Iraqi Election, photo's emerge of a hostage soldier who insurgents have threatened to decapitate. Fortunately, it apppears to be a hoax, and not a very good one.

"Special Ops Cody,". It's dark and more than a little sick, but there is a twisted theme. Perhaps they know that another real murder would only strengthen Bush among his constituents. In this, however, a cruel and horrible hoax, they let us all know that they're still in charge and they really could give a shit about the elections. One can almost hear the voice, "Mr. Boooosh -- I tricking you." I would ask, how much more messed up is this than the fact that these toys were ever even manufactured, much less exported?

Bring the troops home.
